- Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent field experience) Minimum 3 years of applicable industrial construction industry experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Strong customer orientation Insulation and Refractory skills knowledge CAD knowledge and experience preferred Demonstrated ability to produce results through others
