Full Time | Hybrid / In-Office About the Role InfoTrax is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of new client feature work. As the central point of communication between clients and our internal teams (Enterprise Architects, Commissions Architects, Developers, and more), you will drive structured processes, ensure exceptional client experiences, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. This is a client-facing role that demands strong ownership, proactive communication, process discipline, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed with our FlexCloud, DataTrax, and Evo platforms. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison for all new feature and enhancement work Prioritize and manage multiple client projects and support tickets Lead weekly client update meetings and send clear end-of-week summary emails Proactively manage expectations around timelines, budgets, and potential delays Handle client feedback, escalations, and billing questions related to project work Project Delivery & Process Ownership Drive every phase of the project lifecycle — from intake through go-live Lead project intake calls, document business requirements and success criteria Coordinate estimates with technical teams and secure client approval Closely monitor development progress, budgets, and Jira updates Personally perform thorough testing before client handoff (you act as the gatekeeper) Enforce scope boundaries while maintaining strong client relationships Coordinate clean, well-timed deployments Platform & Product Expertise Develop and maintain deep, hands-on knowledge of InfoTrax Systems and Software platforms Understand client workflows, common pain points, and best practices Guide clients toward optimal use of existing and upcoming platform capabilities Partner with Architects during projects and training to strengthen your expertise What Success Looks Like Consistent on-time delivery against committed dates High client satisfaction and strong feedback scores Low scope creep and high first-pass UAT success rates Accurate budget tracking with proactive communication Excellent written communication and documentation in Jira and email Qualifications Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS, software implementation, or client services environment Exceptional organizational skills and strict attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills — you communicate clearly and professionally Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business and technical language Experience with Jira (or similar project management tools) is strongly preferred Willingness to participate in after-hours rotation and occasional client calls outside standard business hours PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus, but not required.
