This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get To Do:
The ideal candidate is a team player; but also, a strong independent contributor with strong leadership skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison among project management, functional teams, line management, and customers to ensure alignment of program objectives. Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers, providing regular status reports and dashboards to senior leadership. Lead the creation and execution of Program Definition Documents, Strategic Rhythm, and integrated processes, tools, and infrastructure. Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) functions, acting as Control Account Manager, to track performance variances and forecast program health. Oversee requirements management, ensuring traceability, verification, and validation across the Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction phase. Coordinate staffing integration, resource allocation, and capability development to meet program milestones. Facilitate program reviews, presentations, and customer-engagement activities, delivering clear briefings and actionable outcomes. Implement and monitor issue and action-item tracking, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain program performance dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) to support decision making. Apply Agile program-management practices to drive iterative development, risk reduction, and schedule optimization. This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Position Benefits:
