This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of project execution, from initial assessment through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of insurance restoration projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues promptly. Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines utilizing construction management software such as Xactimate, Dash ect. Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, blueprint specifications, schematics, and contract requirements. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and site logs. Utilize construction estimating tools and project scheduling techniques to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and compliance with all safety regulations. Coordinate with civil engineers and other specialists to ensure seamless integration of all construction phases. Maintain clear communication channels among team members to promote efficient project flow and timely issue resolution. Skills Proven experience in construction management with a focus on insurance restoration projects. Strong proficiency in construction management software such as Xactimate, Dash, Symbility, Contractor Connection or similar. Expertise in project scheduling, cost estimating, contract administration, and project coordination. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Familiarity with heavy civil construction practices and site experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of construction contracts and legal considerations related to restoration projects.
