Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of controls projects from planning through execution and closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
What You'll Do:
Lead controls projects from kickoff through closeout Manage schedules, milestones, and overall project execution Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients Interpret plans, specifications, and contract requirements Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive solutions Provide technical support for design, installation, and commissioning Deliver project updates, reports, and documentation Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability Manage change orders and scope adjustments Ensure quality standards and successful project delivery Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues Support project closeout, training, and final documentation Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards
What You'll Bring:
Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, or related building systems 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, field technician, or controls support role within a commercial or industrial environment Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems and how they integrate with controls Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, or submittals Understanding of project schedules, budgets, and contract documents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Clear communicator who can work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and clients A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus - but the right experience will always speak louder Why Join?
