About Med Water Systems Med Water Systems designs and manufactures ultra-pure water systems used in medical laboratories and hospitals nationwide. Our equipment supports critical lab operations where accuracy, timing, and reliability matter every day. We are looking for someone who thrives in structured, fast-moving environments and enjoys making sure details don't fall through the cracks. Position Summary This role supports the full lifecycle of customer orders from post-sale through manufacturing coordination, delivery, installation, and final system readiness. You will be the central coordination point between Sales, Operations, customers, and Field Service Technicians, ensuring every project moves forward clearly, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic planning or certified project management position. What You'll Do Order & Installation Coordination Track customer orders from post-sale through installation and completion Coordinate scheduling between customers, manufacturing, and Field Service Technicians Monitor project status and ensure timely follow-through on key milestones Identify delays or gaps and escalate quickly when needed Customer Communication Provide clear, professional updates to customers throughout the installation process Act as a reliable point of contact for scheduling and readiness coordination Help set expectations around timelines and installation requirements Systems & Documentation (NetSuite) Maintain accurate records in NetSuite and internal tracking systems Ensure order, shipment, and installation details are properly documented Keep project information organized and up to date Internal Coordination Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Field Service teams Ensure smooth handoffs between departments Support scheduling and logistics for installations and service activity Additional Support Assist with trade show logistics and materials coordination Support simple marketing or customer follow-up projects as needed What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in coordination, operations support, logistics, customer service, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in systems (NetSuite or similar ERP experience a plus) Dependable, organized, and responsive work style Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, equipment, logistics, or service environments ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) Exposure to scheduling field technicians or installation teams Work Environment Office-based in Woods Cross, UT Fast-moving coordination environment with multiple active projects Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. for logistics/trade show materials Why This Role Matters You are the connector between departments and the person who ensures customers actually receive what was promised on time and correctly.
