This position is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projects Supervise crews, subcontractors, and project schedules Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state asbestos regulations Coordinate inspections, air monitoring, permits, and project documentation Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and project walkthroughs Track job costs, materials, labor, and project progress Communicate with customers, consultants, adjusters, and internal teams Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policies Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Requirements Must be licensed and certified as an Asbestos Supervisor Previous asbestos abatement project management experience required Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience in restoration, demolition, or environmental services preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid time off and holidays Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional after-hours or emergency response work may be required To apply, please submit your resume along with any relevant certifications and licenses.
