Job Description

Senior Interior Project Manager - Washington, DC We are partnering with a highly respected general contractor in the Washington, DC area known for its strong culture and high-quality interior construction projects. They are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex interior build-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality and timely execution Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in commercial interior construction Proven ability to manage projects independently Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
