Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager (P.E.) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects throughout Northern Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful stormwater, drainage, floodplain, and watershed projects while working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Manage water resources projects from concept through construction. Lead stormwater management, drainage, hydrologic/hydraulic, and floodplain studies and designs. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal project teams. Ensure compliance with Virginia regulations and industry standards. Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. 8+ years of water resources engineering experience. Strong knowledge of stormwater management, hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Why Join Us?
