- Job Summary
- EMCOR Government Services is seeking an experienced
- IDIQ Project Manager / Alteration & Tenant Improvement Manager (ATIM)
- to support facilities operations at the FDIC Headquarters facilities in Arlington, Virginia and Washington, DC.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Include but are not limited to: + Manage reimbursable work orders, tenant improvements, alterations, small construction projects, and mechanical infrastructure replacements from initiation through closeout.
- Interior Construction and Craft Services Oversight
- + Manage interior construction projects including renovations, wall construction, demolition, finish work, painting, and carpentry projects.
- Safety and Compliance
- + Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, site safety procedures, and company safety policies. + Conduct pre-task planning and review project-specific safety requirements. + Ensure subcontractors maintain safe work practices and follow applicable permits and procedures. + Support quality control inspections and corrective action activities as required.
- Qualifications
- + Minimum five (5) years of recent experience managing alterations, tenant improvements, construction projects, facility renovations, mechanical systems and infrastructure replacements, or similar project work.
- Preferred
- + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
