Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Support the Project Manager in overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance. . Lead day to day project operations, including task assignments, workflow oversight, and issue resolution. . Serve as acting Project Manager during PM absence, making project decisions and maintaining leadership continuity. . Coordinate across cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, risks, and dependencies. . Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, risk registers, and action logs. . Facilitate project meetings, briefings, and stakeholder communication; prepare materials and drive follow up actions. . Identify project risks and opportunities; recommend and implement mitigation strategies. . Oversee contract deliverables and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with client requirements. . Support onboarding and team performance management. . Partner with technical leads to translating requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery. . Drive process improvements and standardization to increase efficiency and project quality. . Support client relationship management by addressing inquiries, preparing briefings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: A Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
Preferred areas of study include:
Computer Science, IS/IT, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Accounting/Finance or STEM related disciplines. . 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, team leader, PMO). . Strong analytical problem solving skills. . Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types. . Affinity for mentorship of junior members of the team to coach, peer review and assist with learning business processes . Strong communication and writing skills. . Strong attention to detail. . Ability to support multiple work streams. . Strong technical and troubleshooting techniques.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
1+ Years of Experience working on Analytics and Business Intelligence focused initiatives, preferably in a consulting capacity. . 1+ Years of Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce or other low-code development tools. . Experience with the CGI proprietary ERP system, Momentum . Experience with project management tools or products (Atlassian, ServiceNow, Summit, Salesforce, etc.) . Experience working with various self-service business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, etc. . Experience working in an Agile-based environment or understanding of the software lifecycle and/or Agile development methodologies. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $194,000.00.
