Job Description

Overview We are searching for a highly skilled, team-oriented, detailed, and flexible salaried Senior Project Engineer capable of managing multiple responsibilities to join our well-established and growing company. This position is crucial to the project team and requires discipline and attention to detail with quality work product while meeting deadlines. The senior project engineer position works closely with, and supports, all members of the project team to ensure success of the project. The senior project engineer works to support the project by ensuring accurate information relative to constructing the project is managed, reviewed, and communicated to the project team members supporting delivery of a quality project in a timely fashion. Duties Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate communication and collaboration. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam Develop and maintain project schedules Support the preparation of construction estimates and bids by gathering necessary data and documentation. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Foster a positive team environment through effective time management and prioritization of tasks. Skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders on construction sites. Experience in project coordination within the construction industry is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
