Job Description

Project Manager - Mechanical Construction A growing mechanical contractor in Virginia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with over 25 years in business, a strong reputation throughout Southwest and Central Virginia, and a healthy backlog of work.
Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts Track project progress and ensure successful project delivery Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
5-10 years of Project Management experience Mechanical construction experience required Mechanical Engineering background preferred Experience with commercial and industrial projects Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
