Assistant Project Manager New Home Construction

Assistant project managers are teamed with our senior project managers for 12-18 months to develop skills prior to being promoted to Project Manager. The Stateson Homes' mission is to provide a superior product and customer service to our home buyers that will create and grow referrals and repeat business for the long term. Responsibilities:

Scheduling and supervising trade partners and vendors Conducting quality control inspections of homes under construction Managing company assets and individual job budgets Interacting with customers, building officials, and our sales team Creating a world class customer experience

Requirements:

Leadership and problem solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Management experience a plus
