Job Description
Intro Our client is looking for an outstanding MEP Project Manager to join their growing team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee commercial mechanical and HVAC construction projects from initiation through completion Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Collaborate closely with field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to support successful project execution Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation Support and mentor junior engineers and project staff Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle Apply innovative construction methods and process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency Ensure projects remain aligned with financial goals, quality standards, and safety expectations Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Assist with planning, procurement, and coordination of mechanical systems and construction activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 7+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical or HVAC construction projects Prior experience working for an MEP or mechanical contracting firm Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, building systems, and construction processes Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and budgeting Ability to lead teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Experience with Design-Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects is preferred Familiarity with Lean Construction principles is a plus Experience with data center, industrial, healthcare, or federal construction projects is preferred Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and proactively How to Apply Applicants must apply through the Apply Form using the link below: https://forms.atlasesr.com/forms/DWBGxgfV1e0ICtPzug65/
