  • Boydton, VA will be responsible for: Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery. Lead project planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management efforts. Monitor project safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout execution. Support contract administration, change order management, and project financials. Drive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects. Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff as needed. Maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities.   • Boydton, VA should have: 5+ years of project management experience within commercial or industrial construction.
Experience managing ground-up construction projects is strongly preferred. Background working for a general contractor is highly preferred. CSA or MEP project management experience required. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls. Experience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to work on-site in Boydton, VA. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. What's on Offer The Project Manager
