Site Project Manager - Data Center Cooling Boydton, Virginia (On-Site) About the Opportunity A leading HVAC and mission-critical cooling manufacturer is seeking a Site Project Manager to support a major data center project based full-time on-site in Boydton, Virginia. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating project execution activities, and ensuring large-scale cooling infrastructure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage on-site HVAC/data center cooling projects from installation through commissioning and handover Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, field technicians, and internal project teams Monitor project schedules, site progress, and key milestones Ensure projects are delivered in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Act as the primary on-site contact for customers and project stakeholders Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during installation and startup phases Review project drawings, documentation, and commissioning plans Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination calls Maintain strong communication between engineering, operations, commissioning, and customer teams What We're Looking For Experience managing large-scale HVAC, mechanical, or mission-critical projects Strong understanding of chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, or data center cooling infrastructure Background within HVAC construction, commissioning, service, or project management Experience working within fast-paced construction or mission-critical environments Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work full-time on-site in Boydton, Virginia Preferred Backgrounds Candidates may come from: HVAC manufacturers Data center cooling companies Mechanical contractors Commissioning/service organizations Mission-critical or industrial infrastructure projects Why Apply?
