Overview- We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Restoration Project Coordinator to support our restoration operations and ensure projects remain compliant with customer, insurance, and TPA requirements. This is an office-based position focused on project coordination, documentation, compliance tracking, performance monitoring, and communication with internal teams and restoration partners. This role does not require field work or on-call availability. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry and understands the importance of accurate documentation, deadlines, insurance claims, and TPA requirements. Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor restoration projects from the office, ensuring required documentation and project milestones are completed on time. Monitor TPA performance across our platform partners, including Contractor Connection, AccuServe, Westhill, and LionsBridge . Track assignment compliance, documentation deadlines, response requirements, and performance scorecards. Monitor project and TPA-related metrics and identify potential compliance or score risks. Promptly flag any performance, compliance, or documentation risks to management. Maintain accurate project records and ensure required documentation is complete and submitted within established deadlines. Communicate with project managers, estimators, production teams, and management regarding project status and outstanding requirements. Help ensure restoration projects remain aligned with insurance and TPA expectations. Review assignments for missing information, documentation issues, and compliance concerns. Assist with tracking KPIs, scorecards, and other operational performance metrics. Follow up with internal teams to resolve outstanding documentation or compliance issues. Maintain organized records and provide management with updates on project and TPA performance. Support continuous improvement of internal restoration coordination and compliance processes. Skills - Experience with restoration TPA platforms, particularly: Contractor Connection AccuServe Westhill LionsBridge Familiarity with restoration workflows and insurance claims processes. Experience with Xactimate . Experience owning, monitoring, or reporting on compliance metrics or performance scorecards. Restoration industry experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to identify potential issues before they become compliance or performance problems. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
