RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, commercial clients, and adjusters Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion Obtain approvals, signed contracts, and change orders Create and manage project budgets to meet company profitability targets Coordinate subcontractors and in‑house trades (scheduling, materials, permits, work orders) Conduct quality‑control site visits to verify milestones Maintain complete documentation across required platforms Enter weekly job updates and respond to notes/emails within required timeframes Ensure compliance with insurance carrier guidelines and SLA requirements Support collections, issue resolution, and team training as needed
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of restoration, construction, or project management experience Experience working with insurance carriers or SLA‑driven environments Proficiency with restoration software (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Restore 365, Docusketch) Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to manage budgets, estimates, supplements, and project costs
