Job Requirements Fairfax, VA Springfield, VA Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Career Level not specified $120,000 - $165,000 Job Description Razor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support emerging technology programs focused on AI/ML innovation, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud modernization, data management, and mission-focused systems integration. This role combines technical project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. The Project Manager will lead multiple technical and operational initiatives, working closely with cross-functional technical teams, government stakeholders, and industry partners to translate mission objectives into executable plans and drive successful project delivery.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Top Secret clearance is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility and a CI Polygraph.Location & Work Arrangement:
Fairfax, Virginia and Springfield, Virginia Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 3 days per week onsite. Onsite requirements may vary based on project and customer needs. Portions of the work may be performed within a classified SCIF environment.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple technical and operational projects supporting AI/ML initiatives, data management platforms, cloud modernization, and emerging technology integration. Translate high-level mission objectives into executable project plans, schedules, and technical requirements. Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, Technical Exchange Meetings, customer briefings, and recurring status meetings. Track project priorities, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Support customer engagements and technical discussions to identify mission needs, operational gaps, and data requirements. Partner with technical leads, engineers, cloud specialists, AI/ML teams, and government stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Resolve project blockers and align cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, action trackers, and technical delivery milestones. Support cloud onboarding workflows, secure tenant deployments, and adoption planning efforts. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and external partners supporting assigned projects. Monitor and report project metrics, resource requirements, and overall program performance. Adapt quickly to evolving mission priorities and changing customer requirements.Required Qualifications:
3-7+ years of project or program management experience supporting technical, defense, R D, or government programs. Experience leading and coordinating multiple technical or operational projects. Experience translating mission or business objectives into project plans, schedules, requirements, and deliverables. Experience with project planning, risk management, schedule tracking, and status reporting. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with government stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-visibility, and high-ambiguity environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Kanban, JIRA, or related project management tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms. Familiarity with system architecture, distributed systems, or cloud environments. Experience supporting AI/ML, cloud modernization, data management, or emerging technology programs.
