Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support one of our top electric companies. This is a direct-placement, hybrid engagement, that will require at least 1 day onsite in the Fredericksburg, VA area. We are looking for a versatile and driven Project Manager to support initiatives within the utilities space, specifically across gas, water, and electric operations. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project execution from planning through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys collaborating across technical and administrative teams, and can adapt to shifting priorities. We can provide a starting yearly salary range of $120K-$130K depending on previous experience.

Day-to-Day:

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the utilities sector (gas, water, electric) Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and administrative teams to ensure alignment and delivery Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment Drive collaboration across teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within utilities (gas, water, electric) or related infrastructure industry. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical (engineering) and non-technical (administrative/operations) teams Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly adaptable and flexible with changing project needs and priorities Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
