Project Manager

Develop and lead the project team to perform at a high level by clearly communicating goals, providing guidance, and fostering motivation. Oversee projects from initial requirements and planning through final delivery, including defining scope, building timelines, estimating budgets, and creating execution strategies with risk management in mind. Manage coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure projects remain aligned with defined scope, timelines, and financial constraints. Continuously evaluate project progress and adjust priorities, schedules, or resource allocations as needed to meet overall project objectives. Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a primary contact for updates, progress reports, and any changes throughout the project lifecycle.
