Virginia , Manassas Park Job Description Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager We are seeking a Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager to oversee the fabrication and installation of custom steel components including stairs, ladders, railings, and other architectural/ornamental metals. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in misc metals who can manage projects from kickoff through installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple misc metals projects from award through closeout Coordinate shop drawings, fabrication schedules, and field installation Work closely with detailers, shop teams, and field crews Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams Track budgets, schedules, and change orders Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Qualifications:

Experience in miscellaneous metals (stairs, railings, ladders, etc.) required Project management experience in fabrication and/or installation Strong understanding of shop drawings and field coordination Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills
