POC Administrator

Project support professional responsible for managing points of connection data, maintaining databases, coordinating field verification activities, and supporting facility infrastructure planning. Job Requirements Experience working with complicated databases Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote Ability to travel as needed Experience attending meetings, managing data, and supporting project execution Experience reviewing technical information and entering data into databases Experience communicating with internal teams to obtain missing project information Experience performing field verification activities Preferred Skills Familiarity with semiconductor design and/or construction Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and process systems in manufacturing Familiarity with Facilities Operations and Engineering Experience supporting or refining facilities capacity models Experience using Bluebeam for session review and markups Job Responsibilities Support the project team in executing work related to facility points of connection Track and assign points of connection for services from the main facility distribution Manage and maintain points of connection database records Attend meetings and prepare supporting information for team discussions Review TSR information and input data into the database Coordinate with appropriate disciplines to gather missing information needed for meetings and database accuracy Review Bluebeam sessions and apply markups to prepare for meetings Communicate with project personnel to obtain additional information for database updates Create laminated streamers for field tagging Perform field work including hanging laminated streamers Verify whether points of connection are available or occupied Verify whether laterals are installed or not installed Verify locations of laterals, points of connection, and VMBs Support additional project-related duties as assigned
