Job Description:

This is a contract-to-extend role (6 months initial, very likely extended) supporting a major enterprise-wide initiative. The client rolling out a new PDM (Product Delivery Management) methodology across the organization - this person will be embedded in the program team helping scale it. The Environment 6 product teams , each with 3-5 developers, all doing different things Currently no dedicated PM or Scrum Master on these teams - this hire fills that gap The person will be trained on the PDM methodology (it's new to Freddie Mac), so they don't need to arrive knowing it High visibility: cross-communicating across multiple initiatives at once What They'll Actually Do Day-to-Day Coordinate dependencies between the 6 teams and keep timelines/milestones on track Act as a bridge between product teams and different divisions onboarding the methodology Manage scope, risks, budget, and change requests across several systems simultaneously Run SDLC/Agile ceremonies and processes (no Scrum Master, so this person may wear that hat too) Track releases and report upward across a large, complex program Nice-to-Haves AI tools for productivity - client specifically mentioned this as a differentiator Any additional project/portfolio management tools beyond Atlassian
