Project ManagerLocation:

Merrifield, Virginia (Remote) Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to ensure that work scope is completed in a quality manner, within budget, and on time. This role requires providing leadership in planning, organizing, and controlling the work effort. The successful candidate will liaise with Business, Scrum Teams, and Technical Stakeholders, acting as a strong communicator to various levels of management. Key ResponsibilitiesManage project activities through all life cycles to ensure the best quality product is delivered.

Liaise with business, scrum teams, and technical stakeholders.

Apply project management expertise and best practices for scope, schedule, risk, and change management.

Lead as a PM/Scrum Master on a dedicated team, supporting Scrum Ceremonies.

Use tools to manage ongoing team efforts, updating release schedules, staffing profiles, and roadmaps.

Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects through organizing and forecasting project plans.

Provide consistent, concise, relevant, and timely information to all stakeholders.

Develop and maintain effective rapport with vendors, including overseeing deliverables.

Required QualificationsExperience:

7 -10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Certifications:

PMP Certification is required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required.

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel. Preferred QualificationsCertified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM).Experience with PI Planning and helping teams achieve agreed-upon outcomes.
