Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Demonstrated experience directly related to the engineering, facilities, project coordination, maintenance, repair, or construction functions assigned under the contract Experience supporting facilities-related projects and coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders is highly desirable Experience developing or supporting project scopes, schedules, estimates, task orders, and related documentation is preferred Ability to coordinate project activities while maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and customer requirements Technical Skills Working knowledge of MAXIMO and applicable facilities management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets, email, calendars, databases, and word processing Ability to maintain accurate project records, logs, correspondence, and documentation Ability to develop and track schedules and project milestones Ability to support cost estimating using available tools, research, and professional experience Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate information requirements and appropriately handle sensitive information based on the requestor's authorityAbout Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak:
