Job Description:

Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget. Drive project lifecycle from charter through close, including risk management, stakeholder communications, and governance compliance. Key focus areas include requirements elicitation, schedule and cost control, status reporting, and ensuring alignment with agency procurement and PM standards. This role requires on-site presence and active collaboration with stakeholders, including facilitation of meetings, risk resolution, and documentation upkeep.

Core skills:

project planning/execution/reporting/closing; agile and waterfall delivery; leading workgroups

Tools:

MS Office 365, MS Project; MS Azure DevOps (highly desired)

Certifications/Regulatory:

PMP (highly desired); experience with procurement processes/regulations and PMD standards (highly desired)

project charter, RACI, communications plan, risk register, status reports, financial plans

UAT/Systems:

requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis; systems/integration/UAT testing and issue resolution
