Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Kitchens and Bathrooms to lead and oversee residential renovation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to budgets, and compliance with construction regulations. Your expertise will drive project success, foster client satisfaction, and uphold safety standards across all phases of renovation work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional results that transform living spaces.
Summary of roles and responsibilities:
1) Schedule installations with customers and installers 2) Manager customer relationship throughout installation 3) Schedule services with customers and installers 4) Coordinate, order, and communicate new orders & JIPs to supplies, installers, Branch Install Managers, & customers 5) Monitor and manage all fiscal responsibilities as related to assigned installations, e.g. service fees, collections, labor rates, material costs, etc. 6) Manage all customers in assigned territory including but not limited to: customers in production, customers with running installs, service customers, warranty claim customers, etc. 7) Manage up to an estimated $750,000 or 42 customers/installations on a monthly basis (this is an estimate and can vary month-to-month) 8) Assist other installation managers with troubleshooting, scheduling, JIPs, and other duties 9) Assist in other responsibilities in the department such as, but not limited to, staging jobs, taking delivery of shipments, inventory control, blueprint drawings, audits, measuring jobs, placing orders, installer payrolls, etc. 10) Assist as a back-up measure tech and installer when/if needed 11) Manage measure techs, incident rates and work with measure techs with higher incident rates to course correct within your assigned area 12) Conduct service site visits and installation inspections as needed 13) Other various tasks as assigned by the
Senior Install Manager or Senior Management Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
