ECC Restoration, Inc. is a Class A General Contractor specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation. We also do commercial and residential repairs and remodels. We are in need of an experienced Project Manager to work on site to plan, direct and coordinate multiple construction projects on a daily basis. The ability to think on your feet, multi-task, and communicate well with others is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

Completing construction projects within budget and in a timely manner, purchasing materials needed, safety compliance, scheduling and monitoring field employees along with subcontractors. This person will oversee all activities on a project from start to finish. Ideally a candidate will have 5 years or more experience in construction project management along with references. Excellent starting salary dependent on experience. Pay range listed does not include bonus structure.
