Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER POSITION-FT
Performs work in assisting commercial and trade customers with requests for product information, pricing, and resolving customer requests or problems. Work is performed under general supervision, often using independent judgment to resolve situations.
Shift hours and/or Days worked:
Mon-Friday 8:00am -4:30 pm weekdays. Benefits available
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Delivers uncompromising customer service responding immediately to customer requests, inquiries, and concerns. • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses. Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met. Keep customers informed with real-time updates on order status. Maintain detailed, organized records of communications, orders, and progress updates. Performs related administrative work including data entry and record keeping.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
Education Required:
High School Degree or better
Experience Preferred:
One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience (could be in a variety of settings). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment technology. Ability to follow oral and written direction and work procedures. Ability to take initiative and follow through to completion. Skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer software.
