Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction-related initiatives in Stafford, Texas while serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep complex projects moving forward by aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The right candidate brings strong project leadership experience and can confidently guide execution from planning through completion, with relocation services experience considered a valuable advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and schedules remain on track.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication and support successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and address variances to protect financial performance.
  • Build and maintain detailed timelines, track milestones, and adjust plans proactively to resolve delays or changing priorities.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution activities to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with project goals.
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and documentation that keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Identify potential project issues early and implement practical solutions to reduce disruption and maintain momentum.
  • Support process or operational changes tied to project delivery when needed, including coordination related to transitions or implementation efforts.
