Job Description

A leading financial institution in Vienna, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation.  About the
Opportunity:
Schedule:
Monday to
Friday Hours:
8am to 4:30pm (EST)
Setting:
Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
Managing multiple large, complex projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition Developing project plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans Leading cross-functional project teams, assigning resources, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations Managing vendor relationships, procurement coordination, contract execution, and quality assurance Providing executive-level project status reporting and resolving escalations Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
8+ years of Project Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) PMP Certification required Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and budgeting Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification Experience with Agile Software Development lifecycle Experience with Azure DevOps Knowledge of Mortgage platforms and Financial Services Operations
