Our customers rely on our effective and proven systems that allow our teams to return the property back to pre-loss condition in a timely and cost-effective manner from water, mold, and fire damage. Homeowners, property managers, business owners, and government agencies have all come to trust the level of quality service with exceptional customer service that Emergency Restoration Services provides. Job Functions Execution of excellent customer service. Answer inbound calls for service and direct them to the proper personnel. Schedule appointments for appropriate departments Enter and monitor job data in CRM Create job folders Outbound and inbound collection calls for services rendered. Communicate job status and other pertinent information in a timely manner. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Detail oriented Assertive and professional communication skills in both verbal and written application. Ability to problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities. Proficient use of technology applications such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of estimating and invoicing software such as Xactimate and QuickBooks. Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to learn and implement new processes in our industry. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory background check. Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
