Project Coordinator VTG Defense United States, Virginia, Virginia Beach May 29, 2026
Overview VTG is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Virginia Beach location. What will you do? Assists in scheduling and arranges for delivery of material and equipment for prefabrication and subsequent delivery to the installation site.
Monitors availability of material, equipment, and tools to ensure that the proper resources are available as needed.
Ensures that disposition of excess material is accomplished in accordance with direction from the Project Manager.
Monitors POA&M progress and assists with EVMS.
Coordinates with Resource Manger for required training requirements.
Initiates travel requests and ensures submission of expense reports.
Initiates requests for Field Purchase Reports.
Assists in obtaining, tracking, and reporting of information required for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, Task Order closeout, and other deliverables.
Assists in the development of the T&I Book.
Provides personnel information to Security for visit requests. Do you have what it takes? Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior defense contracting or military experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Security clearance, valid driver's license
