Project Manager - Landscaping, Grading & Outdoor Construction Virginia Beach, VA Full‑Time About Zero Trace Zero Trace is a fast‑moving landscaping and outdoor construction company specializing in grading, leveling, hardscaping, softscaping, and landscape demo . We transform properties with clean execution, tight systems, and a crew‑driven culture. As we expand, we're hiring a high‑performing Project Manager who can lead teams, manage client expectations, and keep projects running smooth from start to finish. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations for grading, leveling, hardscape installs, softscape refreshes, and landscape tear‑outs Lead and motivate crews to hit timelines, quality standards, and safety expectations Walk properties, scope jobs, and build accurate work plans Communicate with clients before, during, and after projects to ensure a 5‑star experience Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics to eliminate downtime Solve problems on the fly and make decisions that protect time, budget, and quality Document job progress with photos, notes, and updates Ensure every project is completed clean, tight, and Zero‑Trace‑level professional What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping, grading, hardscaping, or construction Strong leadership — someone who can run a crew, not just supervise one High personal standards and pride in craftsmanship Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Ability to manage multiple jobs at once without dropping details Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment What We Offer Performance bonuses tied to project completion and quality Company truck or vehicle allowance (depending on experience) Opportunities to grow as we expand into new territories A culture built on teamwork, accountability, and clean execution
Pay:
