Manage multiple large scale construction projects or oversee major project teamsLead on site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetSupervise subcontractors, field teams, and internal staff to maintain productivity and quality standardsDevelop project scopes, manage procurement, and negotiate change ordersOversee budgeting, cost control, revenue forecasting, cost at completion, and cash flow managementCoordinate equipment, materials, manpower, and logistics planningEnforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetingsMaintain compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality control standardsTrack daily job site progress and provide detailed project status reporting to stakeholdersUtilize construction management software such as Procore, ACC Build, PlanGrid, BIM platforms, and scheduling tools

Minimum 7 years of construction management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior level roleProven experience managing large scale data center construction projectsExperience overseeing projects valued at $500 million or moreStrong background in mission critical, fast paced commercial or industrial construction environmentsDemonstrated leadership in project planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, and team supervisionExperience with change order management, contract administration, and subcontract negotiationsProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, ACC Build, PlanGrid, BIM tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of construction scheduling software and construction accounting principlesUnderstanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systemsOSHA 30 certification requiredCPR and First Aid certifications requiredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experienceLEED AP or PMP certification is a plusCadence, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
