The company specializes in complex infrastructure projects including wastewater treatment facilities, heavy civil construction, dam rehabilitation, excavation, process piping, and related public works projects throughout the Northeastern United States. Position Overview & Key Responsibiliti esManage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3-4 projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in valu e.

Lead project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout activitie s.

Review and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones, deliverables, and production goals are achieve d.

Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project performanc e.

Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, budgets, schedules, and operational objective s.

Visit active job sites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor progress, address challenges, and support field team s.

Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirement s.

Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication utilizing construction management software and scheduling tool s.

Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and project profitabilit y.

Travel throughout the Northeast region as needed, with most travel consisting of day trips and limited overnight stay s. Qualifications & Requireme ntsMinimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction, wastewater, excavation, dam rehabilitation, process piping, renewable energy, or closely related infrastructure projec ts.

Candidates without directly related industry experience should possess 5-7 years of progressive project management experience managing large-scale construction projec ts.

Proven experience managing projects valued at $2 million or greater from project inception through completi on.

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contract documen ts.

Working knowledge of survey layouts, site development, and field construction operatio ns.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including field crews, subcontractors, consultants, and project owne rs.

Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, including construction management platforms and CPM scheduling too ls.

Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skil ls.

Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownersh ip.

PMP certification is preferred but not requir ed.
