Compensation :
The full salary scale (based on 1.0 FTE) is $73,622.03 - $109,319.00 annually. Placement within the wage range is determined by a candidate/s relevant experience.

You can rollover unlimited PTO hours into the next year. EIB accrues up to 40 hours per year (pro-rated based on hours worked), with a maximum of 480 hours

As an independent, locally owned, physician-run network of family medicine providers, we are passionate about our community's well-being. We take the time to build strong, long-term relationships with our patients and our employees. We have 12 clinics and 3 urgent care centers in Whatcom and Skagit County, in a beautiful corner of northwest Washington where the mountains meet the sea.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall management, implementation, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with FCN strategy, commitments and goals in collaboration with company leadership and stakeholders. Essential Job Functions Manage planning and implementation on a variety of projects, including definition of project scope, goals, budget, tasks, timelines, resource requirements and deliverables that support our goals. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Schedule and lead/facilitate project team meetings. Prepare agendas; record information, decisions and assignments; and keep team members updated. Monitor progress of project milestones and deliverables. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to leadership and process owner as needed. Manage changes in project scope in a proactive manner. Resolve and/or escalate issues and conflicts in a timely fashion. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members as appropriate. Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results. Seek assistance as needed and communicate questions timely and appropriately. Adhere to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality). Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of a medical office practice, including administration, technology and clinical processes. Ability to bring together and apply knowledge from a variety of resources, to support project success. Solid knowledge of a variety of project management tools, concepts, practices and procedures. Demonstrated project specific knowledge, experience and ability to research. Decision-making and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with frequent interruptions. Skill in establishing good employee relations and team dynamics, including conflict resolution. Work as part of a team; model a positive work ethic and customer friendly relations. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, issues and concerns in a professional manner. Ability to incorporate new information and make adjustments throughout a project, as parameters or needs change. Discern and maintain confidentiality. Excellent computer skills and proficiency working with MS Word, Excel, Visio, databases, Outlook/email and other project management programs. Comprehend and communicate information accurately and clearly (verbally and in writing, in person and via phone) with all levels of personnel, patients and other individuals and groups.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience. Two or more years or project management or related work experience; healthcare experience is a plus. Experience with facilities or construction is beneficial but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Performing the duties of this job requires the ability to: stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; use hand to finger coordination; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include:
close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.

Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
