Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management, construction scheduling, and project coordination. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in construction estimating, project scheduling software, and managing teams will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Manage construction schedules by utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office to monitor progress and adjust timelines as needed. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and completeness before execution. Monitor project budgets by tracking costs against estimates, managing change orders, and implementing cost control measures. Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Solid knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high levels of communication and leadership. Extensive construction site experience with expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction plans review. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques. Excellent understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. $86,423.59 - $110,000.00 per year
