Project Manager

Clarkston, WA Heavy Civil Construction Company is presently seeking a project manager to help with all aspects of project estimating and management from solicitation to final close out including material and quantity takeoffs; subcontractor and supplier information; cost estimation; bid preparation and submittal; pre-construction documentation; project management; cost control; progress invoices; material & supplies procurement; quantity tracking/reporting; prepare/submit monthly pay requests; prepare work orders/documentation for additional work; prepare/update progress schedules. Must be able to work independently, follow directions and safety rules; be willing to work long hours as needed; a working knowledge of plans, cross sections and specifications; strong math and communication skills; strong computer skills with a knowledge of MS Word/Excel; 2-4 years road/site construction estimating/project management related experience is preferred but not required. A degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar discipline is preferred but not required.
