Project Manager Palm Construction - 4.1 Federal Way, WA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $90,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Management Customer service Expense management Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and drive multiple projects across the Seattle-Tacoma area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful results that propel company growth. Responsibilities Maintain a strong customer-focused mindset by proactively addressing homeowner needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the opening of new projects and manage all projects in coordination with Sales Representatives and in accordance with direction from General Manager and Field Production Manager. Serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners, subcontractors, office production, and finance teams. Schedule, manage, and oversee subcontractors at job sites to ensure quality, progress, and timelines. Coordinate project requirements with local authorities, including building departments and HOAs. Communicate daily with customers and subcontractors to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction. Identify and resolve project conflicts, delays, or issues efficiently. Maintain accurate project records and expense tracking, and submit daily field reports in accordance with company guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Valid driver license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle Willing to travel within designated project areas
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
