Basic & Preferred Qualifications Education/ Certifications:
(Required & Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred.Skills and Experience:
5+ years project management experience, including scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications (aligned with uploaded document requirements) 3+ years managing largescale or multiple mid-sized projects. 2 yrs mentoring other project managers in program and project management Prior project work in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments. Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP). Experience managing vendors or third‑party logistics partners. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with demonstrated business acumen.Business Acumen & Problem Solving:
Understands operational impacts and optimizes processes across the end-to-end supply chain.Prioritization & Planning:
Focuses on the most critical work, adjusting effectively to shifting priorities.Collaboration & Communication:
Builds alignment and models collaborative behaviors, consistent with the reference PM expectations.Professional Expertise:

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.Pay Rate or Range:
$113,930.00- $170,900.
