Non-Exempt Summary:
Join the team in our Kent Envelope Division and begin your career with us by taking the lead on customer orders with excellent customer service in our Envelope division. WCP Envelope manufactures envelopes to the specifications of each customer. Work with Suppliers and Sales teams to create top of the line products. Enjoy your personal time with friends/family by having a consistent and reliable schedule M-F 8:30am-5pm with opportunity for overtime. Richard "Dick" Abrams- Give people the opportunity and support to succeed.
Essential Functions:
o Have great phone etiquette on calls to customer service, follow thru with customer requests in a timely manner to all inquiries. o Write up proposals for envelope manufacturing projects for customers by working with account managers and operations team like customer billing, filling, and job tickets. o Advise customers on trends, new products working with in their budgets and timelines. o Support inventory management and upcoming orders to resupply stock including product delays or change orders. o Complete daily production, accurate data entry, reporting paperwork and other office tasks.
Qualifications:
o Review costs of production by checking order billing and company costs. o Highest level of professionalism with the ability to keep confidentiality. o Microsoft Office and accuracy in invoicing. o Experience with customers while being courteous and articulate. o Effective verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. o Focus on time management, punctuality, detail oriented and consistency. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: o Perform basic mathematical skills including use of measurement systems. o Strong attention to detail, well organized with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects; approachable, flexible, adaptable to change. o Customer service oriented and dependable, with the ability to work well under pressure in an environment full of deadlines, providing accurate output. o Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety requirements and principles.
