In this role, you will oversee all phases of project management, from initial design coordination through construction completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex infrastructure projects that enhance community safety and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of railing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project schedules, Microsoft Office tools, and other construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all phases of construction. Oversee procurement processes by preparing construction estimates, reviewing bids, and managing contracts to optimize cost efficiency. Ensure all projects comply with relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Read blueprints and construction plans accurately to coordinate site activities effectively and resolve any design or technical issues promptly. Track project costs ; manage budgets diligently to prevent overruns while maximizing resource utilization. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, verify work quality, and address any issues related to schedule coordination or safety compliance. Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders; facilitate project meetings to communicate updates and resolve challenges swiftly. Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on railing systems or similar structures. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling; proficiency in Bluebeam for document review is preferred. Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, cost management, and budget oversight Extensive understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies relevant to civil and commercial projects. Skilled in blueprint reading, contract management, and project documentation using Prolog or similar project management software. Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a solid grasp of construction plans and technical specifications. Excellent leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced environment; capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management; able to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
