Job Description D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Project Manager in Seattle, WA. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects. The successful candidate will oversee all project phases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-schedule, and within-budget outcomes. This role requires expertise in civil engineering, project management, and leadership, with a focus on collaboration, safety, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide clear direction to achieve project milestones. Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates. Address concerns and negotiate solutions to maintain positive relationships with all parties. Maintain accurate records, including contracts, drawings, permits, and progress reports. Prepare project close-out documentation and lessons learned for future reference. Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Prepare regular financial reports and approve change orders as needed. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts. Conduct regular project reviews to address challenges and implement corrective actions. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets specifications and regulatory requirements. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum experience in managing large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. Proven expertise in construction management, design coordination, and project delivery methods. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill
