Cabinet Vision Drafter - High-End Custom Cabinetry (Olympia, WA)
Pay:
$32-$40/hour

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

PTO (vacation/sick + 5 paid holidays) Medical (after 60 days) Retirement plan (after 1 year) Overview We are a high-end custom cabinetry shop seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Drafter to produce accurate, build-ready shop drawings. This is a drafting-focused role working closely with our shop team to translate architectural and interior design plans into clear, precise, and production-ready documentation. High-end custom cabinetry experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Create detailed shop drawings using Cabinet Vision (2-3+ years required) Work directly with Clients, Designers, Architects and Gas Translate architectural and design plans into buildable drawings Generate cut lists, CNC files, and material take-offs Prepare complete drawing packages for production and client review Coordinate with shop team to ensure drawings translate cleanly into fabrication Revise and update drawings as projects evolve Verify field dimensions and conditions (DISTO experience a plus) Participate in occasional site visits and coordination meetings Qualifications 2-3+ years experience with Cabinet Vision (required) Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving ability and understanding of build sequence Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Reliable transportation Why Join Us High-end, fully custom cabinetry projects Small, skilled, team-oriented, flexible shop Your work directly drives production Consistent, year-round workflow How to Apply Please submit your resume and (if available) sample drawings.
