Job Description

As an Project Manager III, a typical day might include the following: Coordinate the activities of multiple divisions/departments to meet project objectives. Lead in driving consensus decisions among project stakeholders and team members. Work under general guidance from manager to establish project plans, and execute and coordinate multiple complex, cross-functional/discipline projects. Ensure project teams follow applicable processes. Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze accurate metrics, project files, and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. Provide insight to management on trends. Own accurate assessment and analysis of project deliverables to assist the team with meeting project objectives such as cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Readily and promptly identify project performance related issues. Anticipate, identify, track and help mitigate project related risks. Present to, and communicate effectively with, executive management, leadership, and team members on project status. Identify opportunities for improvement to project processes and drive the effort to make those improvements. Mentors others. May lead or supervise others. This job might be for you if you: Have a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Have around 8 years of direct experience in coordinating projects Possess exemplary coordination, organization, and prioritization skills Have demonstrated leadership within a cross-functional team Have acquired expert level knowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminology Have a moderate level of business acumen related to budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting Have the ability to manage project problems requiring creativity and ingenuity Have ability to exercise latitude when determining and initiating work assignments Possess strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Project or other project management tracking software Have excellent writing, documentation, and speaking skills Competitive pay. Pay Range Data Project Manager III - $86,700 - $128,100 We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
