About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee commercial landscaping projects throughout King County, including Bellevue and Seattle. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met. You Are Known For Your ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively. You are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of commercial landscaping projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Prepare accurate bids and proposals using field data and estimating software. Conduct site visits and walk-throughs to monitor progress and resolve issues. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Analyze job cost reports and manage budget variances. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Promote adherence to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial landscaping or project management. Strong knowledge of regional plant life and landscape construction techniques. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors and visit job sites as needed. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, and navigate uneven terrain during site visits. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
