Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful execution of engineering and construction projects from concept to completion. This position is ideal for a professional with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about supporting high-quality project delivery. This role reports directly to Project Managers and works closely with project engineers, field teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate engineering projects to ensure they meet technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to support project success. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate site visits and project updates, tracking progress and flagging potential issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs. Track project milestones, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Assist in managing relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and external partners. Ensure documentation and processes align with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards. Support risk identification and help escalate issues to project leadership as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or engineering environment Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Basic understanding of Washington State construction codes and safety standards Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as neededPreferred Qualifications:
Exposure to construction or engineering project environments (commercial, infrastructure, or TI projects) Experience supporting documentation workflows such as RFIs, submittals, and scheduling Familiarity with the Seattle/Bellevue market Why Join Us?
